Riders should be at least 4 ft to ride by themselves.

Riders will be provided with designated riding zones in the mall. Riders are not allowed to go outside of the mall and inside the stores.

For your safety, riders must remain seated at all times.

For your safety, please refrain from eating or drinking while operating your animal.

While we are still in a pandemic, it is recommended (not mandatory) that riders wear their facemask at all times. Our animals also have plastics on their backs so they are quick to sanitize.

Our animals are easy to maneuver and moves at walking speed. Bumping into persons or other animal riders is strictly not permitted.

Yes! Our animals are built to hold up to 300 pounds.
